“Dillon and I will always have a future together as long as he is strong enough to survive! In the meantime, I have other ideas for crime thrillers closer to home, I am keen to bring the harsh imperfections of human nature into a world that we all recognise. I will be writing about crime in Dorset, my home county, where I can visualise the degeneracy. So, my writing will take a new dark route in the years to come – but not before Dillon has ten thrillers under his bullet belt!”
Towning is humble as well as a super-talent – talking of his work, he says that the current novel ‘isn’t flash, it’s just a good old clandestine yarn’, did we mention that modesty was one of the only characteristics that Dillon doesn’t share with his author!
