caravan with a view will be yours for the next nineteen years! Bliss – and once one has done the maths – that makes for very attractive annual holiday / lifestyle budget!
We are renting of course and in this case there are four caravans to choose from – and while we freely refer
to the accommodation as caravans – let’s get it into
perspective. These are fully furnished and heated with all the assets that one would expect from a top-end holiday home. Bedding, towels, piping hot water, fully fitted kitchen, luxurious lounge and generous decking on which to enjoy summers’ evenings, mornings and just taking in that view.
The park is dog friendly – so bring your best friend (I brought a four legged one and a two legged one!) and make the most of it.
We swam, every day and every night, we walked east and west and we cooked. We laughed – I continued to write a novel I had been working on and I was inspired!
Richard and Nicky are super hosts, with tales of the history of the park and nothing is too much trouble, they oversee the pristine caravans, bookings and are a real almanac of local knowledge.
This is a fabulous option if you are in the market to self- cater and want to be a close to the sea as you possibly could be, unless you were on a cruise, this is for you. But (I save this caveat for a special few reviews), keep it under your hat as Creek Caravan Park and its unspoiled peace, serenity and inspiring seascape, is a real piece of heaven, so share the love wisely!
Creek Caravan Park is great for couples, singles, families and groups – it has everything for swimmers, walkers, runners and creatives – the caravans cater for groups of up to six in varying sized accommodation and there is private parking.
