COFFEE COMPANIONS
This is a culture that I have recently adopted, I have been a keen tea, water and wine ambassador (and maybe partial to the odd rum in the good old days) but today I am a coffee fanatic!
There is a certain time of day that I feel the need for a damn fine coffee, having slowly matured through the ranks of cafetiere, coffee bags (don’t tell!) and a Moka pot.
It was at this point that I calculated the time I spent making coffee each day, to my horror it was into the hours, and thereafter I began my research into a one person, bean to cup machine without the milk frother
(a rather messy business and presumably a bigger contraption). Well, believe me the lesser-spotted bean to one cup machine took some time to find – and during the research process I drank a lot of coffee (hence it took so long to find)!
