Lime Wood is thrilled to announce its collaboration with Ayurvedic therapist, and Reiki healer, Sheena Chandran to bring the principles of the sublimely holistic healing therapy of Ayurveda to the Herb House for the very first time! Ayurveda, originating over 5,000 years ago in India, focuses on healing, tailored to individual needs.
Sheena Chandran is certified in Ayurveda nursing and panchakarma (a treatment program for the body, mind, and consciousness that cleanses and rejuvenates) from the renowned Amala Ayurvedic Hospital Research Centre in Kerala, India. She brings over 10 years of experience to the partnership having honed her skills at the Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary in Thailand, she is dedicated to promoting wellness through Ayurveda.
Lime Wood’s collaboration with Sheena signifies the hotel’s continued commitment to holistic wellness. Together, they invite guests to discover the benefits of Ayurveda for rejuvenation and well-being.
