literally every day! Singers, tribute acts (Sinatra knows every resident by name and is a real favourite!), musicians, toddler groups, visiting dogs and small horses, exercises and belly dancers! There’s virtual racing, Bingo, photography, and dexterous games that everyone can join in.
This is not to mention the infamous parties at Lilliput House!
Jubilee, Coronation, Christmas, New Year, summer and birthday parties. Given an excuse and Rosie lays on costumes, cakes and surprises, she really pushes the boat out – and talking of which the residents can enjoy visits to the beach, local shops, cafés and local attractions.
Each month there is an International Day, celebrating other cultures; more costumes from Rosie, more entertainment and decorations, with games, snacks and themed meals to accompany.
It’s all in the detail, and that runs through the wellbeing and happiness of every resident.
Quiet evenings with sandwiches and snacks before bed in the comfy, clean and cosy bedrooms.
Lilliput house is anything but Lilliputian in its delivery, which is huge, it’s quite outstanding.
The home from home is very well regarded by the medical profession, and it’s multiple support networks – just another reflection of the diligent management, owners and entire care team.
