What an utter treat to be part of Lime Wood’s Hartnett Holder & Co Winter Menu preview. A stunning experience at Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen action. Luke Holder has set a standard not only in the sublime culinary department but in the way he views and nurtures his team - the inimitable ‘Co’ - there is a constant care, and that care extends to guests, suppliers, the team and the future - there is nothing Luke does that isn’t with the long game in mind. The flourishing and delicious relationship with Four Acre Farm is testament to this and plays such a key part in the new winter menu. This is all about honesty, humility and generosity… something that we could all take on board this festive season.
