Cicioni: ‘To Vegan or Not to Vegan?’

The Italian’s have got it right – think the Amalfi coast, balmy nights in Portofino and think diet – olive oils, cheeses and crured meats – then enter the vegan or indeed the lactose intolerant amongst us and we welcome the delicious Cicioni! Simply a gourmet blend of almonds and cashews, fermented with a pinch of salt – it down’t get purer than that! Spread on fresh bread, cheese bisuits and we don’t want to ostracize our ‘Flexitarian’ friends – so pop it with salami, parma hams and salad… Just the ticket for the summer nights with wine and friends…
